Confetti Moments Booking & Rental Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of the event date.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, and other approved payment methods through our booking system.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • If Confetti Moments cancels due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request a one-time reschedule at no extra charge if made at least 14 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Event Space & Setup Requirements

  • The client must provide a minimum of 10x10 feet of space with a power outlet within 10 feet.

  • The event space must be clean, covered, and protected from weather (if outdoors).

  • Confetti Moments reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe, with no refunds issued.

5. Damage & Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damages caused to the booth or equipment by guests.

  • Confetti Moments is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by improper use of the booth.

6. Photo Release & Privacy

  • By booking, the client agrees that event photos may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Technical Issues & Force Majeure

  • In the rare event that the photo booth experiences technical difficulties or malfunctions, Confetti Moments will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot and restore functionality.

  • If the booth cannot be restored within 30 minutes, the client will receive a partial refund based on the remaining time left in the rental.

  • If a power outage, extreme weather, or any unforeseen circumstance beyond our control prevents the booth from operating, Confetti Moments will issue a credit for a future event or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • No refunds will be issued for interruptions due to venue power issues unless a backup power source is provided by the client or venue.

8. Late Fees & Overtime

  • If the event exceeds the booked time, additional hours will be charged at $___ per hour, payable before extending service. **Price determined by service selected

  • A late setup fee may apply if venue access is delayed due to client arrangements.
